Ingredients (6 popsicles)
Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 scoops Divine Fusion Vanilla Wellness Smoothie
- 250g Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
- 150g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Optional toppings:
- Crushed almonds
- Freeze-dried strawberries
- Coconut flakes
- Crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Add the yoghurt, banana, Divine Fusion Vanilla Wellness Smoothie, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until fully set
- Once frozen, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Remove the popsicles from the moulds and quickly dip each one into the melted chocolate.
- The chocolate will harden within seconds.
- Immediately sprinkle with any optional toppings if desired.
- Place on a lined tray and freeze for a further 10–15 minutes before serving.
