Ingredients (Makes 4–6 crepes)

1 scoop Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake
1 tsp ceremonial or culinary matcha powder
1 egg
120 ml milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
2–3 tbsp oat flour or almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil or butter for cooking
Optional toppings:
Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
Fresh berries or sliced fruit
Honey or maple syrup
Coconut flakes or cacao nibs

 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add the Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake, matcha powder and flour. Whisk until a thin, smooth batter forms.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or butter.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to create a thin crepe.
  5. Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve folded or rolled with yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
