Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For the panna cotta:
400ml full-fat coconut milk or organic double cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla powder
2–3 tbsp pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
2 tsp grass-fed gelatine
1 scoop Divine Fusion Unflavoured Protein Wellness Shake

For the berry compote:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1–2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Juice from ½ an orange

 

Instructions

In a small saucepan, gently heat the coconut milk (or double cream), vanilla and maple syrup over low heat. Do not boil — just warm until steaming.


  1. Sprinkle the gelatine over 2–3 tbsp cold water in a small bowl and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Once the milk mixture is warm, remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatine until fully dissolved.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in 1 scoop of Divine Fusion Unflavoured Protein Wellness Shake until smooth.
  4. Pour into ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
  5. For the compote, gently heat frozen berries, maple syrup and orange juice in a saucepan until softened and slightly thickened. Allow to cool before spooning over the set panna cotta.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your glow-from-within dessert.

 

Tips & Variations

For extra richness: use organic double cream instead of coconut milk.

For a lighter version: use half coconut milk and half Greek yogurt (stir yogurt in once mixture cools slightly).

For added texture: top with fresh berries, crushed pistachios or a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
