Ingredients (Makes 4–6 crepes)
1 scoop Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake
1 tsp ceremonial or culinary matcha powder
1 egg
120 ml milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
2–3 tbsp oat flour or almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil or butter for cooking
Optional toppings:
Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
Fresh berries or sliced fruit
Honey or maple syrup
Coconut flakes or cacao nibs
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add the Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake, matcha powder and flour. Whisk until a thin, smooth batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to create a thin crepe.
- Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve folded or rolled with yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
