Ingredients (Makes 2–3 ramekins)

2 eggs
3 tbsp yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free option)
3–4 tbsp flour (plain, oat, or almond flour)
1 scoop Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake
2–3 tbsp pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Handful of fresh blueberries
Optional toppings:
Extra blueberries
Lemon zest
Drizzle of maple syrup or yogurt

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease 2–3 ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add the Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake, flour, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Gently fold in most of the blueberries, reserving a few for topping.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly between the ramekins and top with the remaining blueberries.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
