Ingredients (Makes 4–6 eggs, depending on mould size)
For the chocolate shell:
150g dark chocolate (high quality, 70% or similar)
For the filling:
150g Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free option)
1 scoop Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake
1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)
1–2 tbsp pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Optional toppings:
Crushed nuts
Cacao nibs
Freeze-dried berries
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon or brush a layer of melted chocolate into Easter egg moulds, ensuring the sides are well coated. Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, Divine Fusion Vanilla Protein Wellness Shake, nut butter and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Once the chocolate shells are set, spoon the filling into each mould, leaving a little space at the top.
- Seal the eggs by covering the filling with an additional layer of melted chocolate. Smooth the surface and return to the fridge until fully set (around 20–30 minutes).
- Carefully remove from moulds and enjoy your high-protein Easter treat.
