Ingredients (Makes 24–30 canapé cubes)
Dry Ingredients
• 3 scoops Divine Fusion Strawberries & Cream Protein
• 70g almond flour
• 1 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of sea salt
• 40g crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Wet Ingredients
• 2 large eggs
• 60g melted coconut oil or butter
• 80g maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prep the Tin
Line a 20 × 20 cm baking tin with parchment.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together:
• eggs
• melted coconut oil or butter
• maple syrup or honey
• vanilla extract
Mix until smooth and glossy.
3. Add the Dry Ingredients
Stir in:
• Divine Fusion protein
• almond flour
• coconut flour
• baking powder
• salt
• freeze-dried strawberries
Batter will be thick — ideal for blondies.
4. Bake
Spread the mixture evenly into the tin.
Bake for 16–18 minutes, until:

5. Cool Fully
