This creamy, decadent Tiramisu Chia Pudding is everything you love about the classic dessert — but with a nourishing twist. Made with Divine Fusion’s protein blend, it delivers a complete protein source, gut-friendly fiber, and a silky-smooth texture that feels like pure luxury.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
Chia Pudding Layer:
2 tbsp chia seeds
200ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
1 scoop Divine Fusion Vanilla Wellness Shake
Coffee Cream Layer:
2 tbsp Greek-style yogurt or coconut yogurt
100ml almond milk
1 tsp instant espresso powder (or strong brewed coffee, cooled)
1 scoop Divine Fusion Vanilla Wellness Shake
1 tsp cacao powder (optional, for richness)
Topping:
Dusting of cacao powder
Optional: dark chocolate shavings or a dollop of yogurt/cream
Instructions
Make the chia pudding base:
In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and 1 scoop of Divine Fusion Vanilla Wellness Shake. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again to prevent clumping, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare the coffee cream layer:
In a blender or bowl, whisk together yogurt, almond milk, coffee, cacao (if using), and 1 scoop of Divine Fusion protein. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Assemble the pudding:
In glasses or jars, layer the chia pudding at the bottom, followed by the coffee cream mixture. Repeat if needed for a layered look.
Top it off:
Sprinkle with cacao powder and any extra toppings. Serve chilled or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
