Ingredients (Makes ~12 truffles)

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

2–3 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1–2 tbsp dairy-free milk (as needed for texture)

Instructions

• Add the wet ingredients: Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix until a thick dough forms. Add a splash of milk if needed for consistency.
• Shape the truffles: Roll into bite-sized balls (~1 tbsp each) using your hands. If the mixture sticks, lightly wet your palms.
• Coat (optional): Roll the truffles in cacao powder, coconut, or nuts — or dip in melted dark chocolate and set on a parchment-lined tray.
• Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (or freeze for longer).
